AB „Lithuanian Post“ is our main shipping services provider. All products on display are in our warehouse, therefore processing of your payments is instant. We send our packaging via registered mail. Every package unit is given a unique „Lithuanian Post“ tracking number, using which you can easily track the location and phase of your purchased item delivery. We will provide you with the tracking number via e-mail.
Shipment times in Lithuania take up to 2 work days. Shipment times in other regions worldwide take up to 7 work days.

Returns & Replacements
Esteja.com is committed to replace or refund all purchased items that contain manufacturing defects. In addition, we provide our customers with the ability to replace an item if its size does not fit them, however, in this case the additional shipping expenses must be covered by the customer. Items can be replaced or refunded throughout the period of 14 days from the moment we receive your order. All items up for return must not be worn or used in any other way, must not be damaged and must retain their full original value. Additionally, every item must have its original, undamaged label.
